Google Earth

I've been playing with Google Earth quite a bit lately, trying to work out my route for The Africa Rally.
It's only today that I've found that you can upgrade to a Pro version that allows you to import track logs from your GPS device - Garmin is supported. I've got a Garmin Rino 530, the one with the built-in 2 way radio.
That's a pretty powerful combination to have out on the road - Google Earth, Wireless internet and GPS. Doubtlessly I'll be using this combination to plan my routes, as well as using it to visualize the routes I've already taken
